During their visits children will take part in hands-on group tasks, creative projects and discussions. Full school uniform and a packed lunch will be required each day during this week. |

1 event, Children in Year 3 will attend a trip to the British Museum as part of their current History topic, ‘Ancient Egypt’. All children must wear full school uniform and bring a packed lunch to school on this day. |
3 events, Children in Year 2 will attend a trip to the Temple Bar as part of their current history topic, ‘The Great Fire of London’. All children must wear full school uniform and bring a packed lunch to school on this day.  All children must complete at least one home learning project each half term. A star will be awarded for the star chart to acknowledge all incredible home learning efforts. A printed copy of your child’s Home Learning Passport will be sent home during the first week of each half term - this is also available via the school website: https://devonshirehill.com/our-learning/home-learning/. Please follow the instructions carefully as most projects are now uploaded as an image to Google Classroom.

All term dates are available at: www.devonshirehill.com/parents/term-dates/  Join us for the Spooky/Autumn Disco. Come to school dressed in spooky/autumn themed outfit (no masks or face paint). Bring your carved pumpkins and autumnal artwork to school and remember to donate £2 via the arbor shop or into the bucket on the day of the event. |
