Celebration Assembly continues to take place every Monday (Y3, Y4, Y5, Y6) & Friday (Y1 , Y2) at 9.05am. Parents/Carers are very welcome to join us and help us to celebrate our achievements.
If your child was born between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2022, you need to apply for a reception school place for September 2026. The deadline for Haringey primary school applications is Thursday 15 January 2026. Children who are participating in Tottenham University will attend St Francis de Sales for a special Q&A workshop with news correspondent Shingi Mararike. All children attending are required to wear full school uniform and a waterproof coat. They will enjoy lunch at school before attending this event.
Children in Nursery and Reception will have a special opportunity to meet our local firefighters, during their visit to our school we will discuss fire safety, and even sit inside the fire engine.
Children in Year 5 will become archaeologists in training! I During our visit at Bruce Castle Museum, we will investigate mystery objects from across the Roman Empire and work in groups to interpret our collection of artefacts. Children are required to wear full school uniform and will enjoy lunch before attending this workshop.
To celebrate the importance of Great Mental Health Day, officially on Friday 31 January, we will hold a special hat parade. Create a hat with a beautiful and powerful wellbeing message. Wear your hat to school on this day in celebration of Great Mental Health Day. We can’t wait to see children wearing their incredible creations to school! All donations can be made via the Arbor app or into the bucket on the day.
Year 3 Amber Class will perform in a special sharing assembly for their parents/carers to showcase their most recent learning. We hope you will be able to join us.
All children must complete at least one home learning project each half term. Star chart stars will be awarded for all incredible home learning efforts. A printed copy of your child’s Home Learning Passport will be sent home during the first week back, please follow the instructions carefully as most projects are now uploaded as an image to Google Classroom.
Everyone is invited to enter Mr Lin’s creative competition by submitting beautiful artwork of a horse to your class teacher by morning registration.
Families are invited to join us for a special Chinese New Year themed celebration. Selected children from across KS2 will perform a collection of traditional songs and dances in celebration of Chinese New Year of the Horse. We hope you will join us.

Come to school dressed in your favourite red outfit to celebrate the Chinese new year of the Horse 2026. Children will enjoy a special party with music and dancing in their red outfits! Donations of £2 or more can be made via the Arbor app or into the bucket on the day. Happy Chinese New Year!
