| 5 events,  All term dates are available at: www.devonshirehill.com/parents/term-dates/  Children in Year 6 (and some Year 5) will visit Flatford Mill in Colchester. They will attend a 3 day, 2 night residential trip from Monday 1 June - Weds 3 June. During their stay, children will take part in exciting activities which include geo detecting, river surveys, campfires, bushcraft, orienteering and map reading.  Children in Year 4 will be completing their statutory assessments during the first 2 weeks of Summer 2 Term. | 4 events,  Parents/Carers are invited to join us during the relevant Olympic Sports Day for their child(ren). Full school PE Kit should be worn to school a refillable water bottle is essential. Children must be prepared for the weather which may include wearing a sunhat and sunscreen.  As part of the Tottenham University experience, participating children will have a tour of Oxford University. Children must attend in full school uniform on this day and should arrive to Devonshire Hill School no later than 8am. A packed lunch is required for this trip and children will return to Devonshire Hill for 4.30pm. - Families with children in Nursery morning sessions/full time are invited to join us for a morning of sport. Children must wear full school PE Kit and bring a refillable water bottle. | 2 events, -  Children will attend a special Transport For London themed workshop in support of their secondary school transition. The workshop will discuss independent in order to help children to feel confident as their independence grows as they head off to secondary school. -  Congratulations to children participating in the Tottenham University programme. Children will attend a special graduation ceremony at Haringey Sixth Form College and must be wearing full school uniform for the occasion. Parents/carers are welcome to attend and should arrive at the venue for 1.20pm to be seated in good time. | 1 event, -  We are absolutely thrilled to announce our very first piano concert! A selection of talented children from KS2 will be invited to take to the stage to showcase their hard work, dedication, and musical progress across this academic year. Families are welcome to join us for this very special occassion. | 3 events,  The ELSA study involves a simple finger stick blood test in order to screen children to find out their risk of getting type 1 diabetes. Only children who are registered to participate will be included in this study. -  Ms Brown welcomes our families to join us for a special singing performance for children in Year 1 to Year 6. The children have been practising their favourite songs, and learning some new ones. Everyone is welcome: Y1/Y2 at 1pm, Y3/Y4 at 1.40pm and Y5/Y6 at 2.20pm. -  Following a number of auditions with Mr Nathan, children from across the school have now been cast to take part in a special end of year production called 'Help! I'm Lost in Paris'. A letter will be been sent home to families with a child in the production - this dress rehearsal will take place after school and tickets for the performance are available to purchase via Arbor. | 2 events,  Wishing the best of luck to our young performers who will attend the LIT’s Got Talent Show.
