In celebration of Black History Month each class was designated an African country as their learning focus for the duration of October. Pupils and staff participated in various creative lessons based on their assigned country in order to explore its culture and history. Pupils also participated in a number of competitions which demonstrate their ability to research and explain facts about Africa. Congratulations to the winners of these competitions. A huge well done to all pupils who took the time to submit their entries. Winners were awarded prizes for their achievements in celebration assembly.
