This term we had a very exciting visit from the well known author Michael Rosen. Children and staff thoroughly enjoyed performances of Mr Rosen’s well known story books, ‘Chocolate Cake’ and ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’. Year 5 and 6 wrote their own poem in Mr Rosen’s writing workshop, you can read the end product on the school website under ‘News Archive’! Finally a huge thankyou to all of the parents/carers who came along after school to meet Michael Rosen, purchase his books and have them signed!

Spiders crawling around on my ceiling,
A creepy doll on top of my bed,
Scary Movies on the TV.
