School Events

During World of Work Week children across the school will learn about a variety of careers in an age appropriate way. They will learn about different career options, what they involve and in some cases the relevant education/training required. From animal care, to construction, hospitality to banking and everything in between, each year group will attend a selection of exciting lessons/workshops/trips based on career specific themes.Letter: https://devonshirehill.com/letter/world-of-work-week-2025/​

Please remember to collect your good quality, unwanted clothing for our Happy School Bag Collection. The final collection date will be on MOnday 23 June by morning registration, donations can not be accepted after this date. Additional donation bags can be collected from the Main Office.

Families are invited to our weekly Celebration Assemblies to help us acknowledge our successful learners. Awards will include curriculum and Anchor achievements, star awards, reading awards, attendance and the winning house. The final assembly of the term will celebrate Home Learning.

Year 2 Sapphire Class children will be introduced to the hospitality sector. They will role play taking orders and have a chance to make their own margherita pizzas. They will be able to take their pizzas with them to have for lunch once back at school.
