Our School Council are working hard at making our school a greener place to learn. Their focus since September has been to support our school to enhance eco awareness. In recent meetings the children have surveyed the school to find our eco related strengths and weaknesses. Following this survey the children are now working towards an action plan to help everyone work together to achieve our goals. The three areas for improvement voted in by the School Council are: Litter, School Grounds and Energy. Once we are working hard to make positive changes we hope to apply for Eco School’s Green Flag status. Our next meeting will take place in March. Take a look at the results of the Eco Survey below, the lower scores are areas requiring improvement.
