We had a fantastic time at the Chinese New Year Celebrations!

A group of talented Chinese performers attended our school to share various elements of China’s rich and ancient culture, from dramatic martial arts to the melodies of ancient folk songs. The performance team was made up of martial artists, dancers and a group of talented musicians. This was a very eventful day and it is evident that everyone involved thoroughly enjoyed themselves! The day was finalised with plenty of arts and crafts through the form of origami, calligraphy and Chinese paper cutting to create props for miniature performances held by each class.
