Complaints Procedures

The Headteacher and school personnel work very hard to build positive relationships and have in place clear lines of communication with all parents and others. In so doing, complaints are kept to a minimum. If you would like to make a complaint, please read the policy below.

We are always keen to hear from our children and their parents/carers about their experiences at the school and how we can improve the services that we provide. If you do have any suggestions, comments or commendations, please speak to a member of staff or email us at the following address: admin@devonshirehill.haringey.sch.uk.
