Parents/Carers Evening

Dear Parent/Carer,

We are looking forward to welcoming parents/carers with children in Reception to Year 6 for their initial parent/carer meeting. Please do not send other family members such as older siblings as this event is for the adult/s with parental responsibility.

How to book your 10 minute appointment:
Our booking system will open on Friday 15th September at 8:00am and will close 3 days before the event. Appointments should be booked via your ParentMail account. What will happen during the meeting:
The aim of this meeting is for parents/carers to meet the class teacher(s), see the classroom environment and discuss your child’s targets for both English and maths. Please note that books will not be available to view during this consultation, an opportunity to view books will be offered in the upcoming February meeting. All meetings will take place in the classroom within your allocated 10 minute time slot. We encourage you to visit the Main Hall and surrounding corridors to see the fantastic art displays created during our Art Focus Week.

Guidance for your visit:

• Invitations are to you and your child
• All visitors must enter and exit via the Main Gate and the Main Office
• Please avoid arriving before your allocated time, as unfortunately you will not be seen.
• Upon arrival please follow the signs to your child’s classroom
  All other areas of the school are out of access, including toilets
