Dear parents/carers,
Following recent hard work and perseverance towards their KS2 SATs exams, the Year 6 children will spend their final months at Devonshire Hill with lots of exciting trips/experiences alongside preparing for their transition to Secondary School.
Please see follow the link below to a calendar of Year 6 events, noting that there may be additional events along the way which we will communicate when we have information.
During their last few weeks in primary we expect the children to follow our school rules at all times- sadly any child who fails to do so will be at risk of not being able to attend one or more of the exciting events and that would be really disappointing. This has been explained already to all the children in Year 6.

For all trips note the following:
- Please provide your child with a healthy packed lunch (including a refillable bottle of water). If your child is entitled to free school meals, a lunch will be provided.
- Children must be dressed in full school uniform, including black school shoes.
- Please ensure they are also prepared for the current weather: eg. sunhat, sun cream etc
- A waterproof jacket must also be provided.
