Dear Parents/Carers,
When we return after half term the Year 5 and Year 6 staff will be working with the children on transition. This will involve a focus for Year 6 to transition to secondary school and a focus for Year 5 to transition to Year 6. Our year 5 and 6 staff will be working across the four classes and Ms Georgiades, the Deputy Headteacher will be coordinating the activities. In addition there will be a number of events in the final weeks before we break up for the summer holidays, more information on this will follow soon.
If you have any questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact your child’s Class Teacher or Ms Georgiades. Please let Ms Georgides know if you have any availability to come into school to volunteer in class, at lunchtimes, on trips etc. We always welcome and appreciate having an ‘extra pair of hands’ in class and an ‘extra pair of feet’ on the field at lunchtimes!
