Dear Parents/Carers,
As part of History lessons on Alexander The Great, Year 5 will be attending a school trip:
Location: British Museum, Great Russell St, WC1B 3DG
Date: Wednesday 8th November
Travel: Walking and public transport
We will be leaving school at 9.15 am and returning to school by 3pm.
What happens on the trip?
During their visit, the children will explore ‘The World of Alexander’ and then they will have an opportunity to tour the museum.
Please note the following:
- All children are entitled to school funded lunch for this trip. If you do not require a school funded lunch then please notify the school and supply a healthy packed lunch and refillable bottle of water on the day of this trip.
- Children must be dressed in full school uniform, including black school shoes.
- Please ensure they are also prepared for the current weather. A waterproof jacket must also be provided.
