Dear Parents/Carers,
As part of their Geography topic about Rivers, Year 3 will be attending a school trip:
Location: Tottenham Marshes and Wetlands
Date: Thursday 9th November
Travel: Walking and public transport
We will be leaving school at 9:30 and returning to school before the end of the school day.
What happens on the trip?
During their visit, the children will walk alongside the river noting geographical features and wildlife along the way. As the trip involves walking, it could be cancelled due to inclement weather.
Please note the following:
- All children are entitled to school funded lunch for this trip. If you do not require a school funded lunch then please notify the school and supply a healthy packed lunch and refillable bottle of water on the day of this trip.
- Children must be dressed in full school uniform, and wellington boots.
- Please ensure they are also prepared for the current weather. A waterproof jacket must also be provided.
