Dear Parents/Carers,
As part of our history curriculum, Year 1 will be attending a school trip:
Location: Alexandra Palace, N22 7AY
Date: Friday 5th July 2024 Friday 12th July (new rescheduled date)
Travel: Public transport and walking
We will be leaving school at 9.15am and returning to school before the end of the school day.
What happens on the trip?
During our visit to Alexandra Palace, we will view a new exhibition called, ‘By the People: 150 Lifetimes’. In addition to this we will have an opportunity to explore different outdoor areas of the palace and then have a picnic on the lawn.
Please note the following:
- Children will need a healthy packed lunch and refillable bottle of water for this trip.
Please confirm by 14.06.24 if you require the school to provide a free packed lunch: https://forms.gle/Pk4otuVydt8we53b7 - Children to be dressed in full school uniform.
- Please ensure they are also prepared for the current weather. A waterproof jacket must be provided.
