World of Work Week 2025

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are excited to share the upcoming schedule for World of Work Week which will take place from Monday 23 June – Monday 30 June.

This fantastic initiative offers an age appropriate insight into the world of work with the aim of inspiring children by providing them with an insight into future career options.

Parent Volunteers:
We are calling for parent/carer volunteers to support us on the world of work week trips. If you would be interested to join a trip then please speak with your Class Teacher at the nearest opportunity.

Please note the following:

  • Children attending a trip will need a healthy packed lunch and refillable bottle of water for this trip. Please confirm by 10/06/25  if you require the school to provide a free packed lunch: https://forms.gle/Pk4otuVydt8we53b7.
  • Children must be dressed in full school uniform, including black school shoes. 
  • Please ensure they are also prepared for the current weather. A waterproof jacket must be provided.

Nursery Workshop

‘Tech Masters’ at Ki Insurance (The Leadenhall Building), EC3V 4AB
Year 6 will consider the importance of technology in modern life. During their visit, children will learn about which jobs involve technology and which skills are required to work with technology.

Your cooperation is required to ensure that your child is prepared on the day of their trip wearing full school uniform, dressed appropriately for the weather and with a packed lunch – unless this has been requested.
