Science Week Winners!
Trip to the Science Museum – Wonderlab
Dear Parents/Carers,
We are excited to announce that your child has been selected as one of ten KS2 winners of the Science Week competition. The prize involves them attending a school trip:
Location: Science Museum’s Wonderlab, SW7 2DD
Date: Thursday 27 March 2025
Travel: Public Transport
We will be leaving school at 9:15 and returning to school before the end of the school day.
What happens on the trip?
During their visit, the children will attend the Wonderlab exhibition, an ‘interactive experience; ignite your curiosity, fuel your imagination, and see the world around you in new and exciting ways. Enjoy live science shows and demonstrations, meet wonderful science explainers, and reveal the beauty of the science and maths that shape our everyday lives.’
Please note the following:
- Children will need a healthy packed lunch and refillable bottle of water for this trip.
As all primary school aged children are currently eligible to a free school meal, please confirm by 18.03.25 if you require the school to provide a free packed lunch: https://forms.gle/Pk4otuVydt8we53b7 - Children must be dressed in full school uniform, including black school shoes.
- Please ensure they are also prepared for the current weather. A waterproof jacket must be provided.
