Dear Parents/Carers,
As part of their involvement in the Tottenham University Programme, your child will be attending a school trip:
Location: Oxford University
Date: Friday 14th June 2024
Travel: Coach
Children must arrive at school no later than 8.00am, the coach will depart shortly after this time and is unable to wait for latecomers. The coach is expected to return to school at around 4.15pm
What happens on the trip?
During their visit, the children will tour Oxford University and attend workshops where they will discuss exciting opportunities offered by higher education.
Please note the following:
- Children will need a healthy packed lunch and refillable bottle of water for this trip. Please confirm by Monday 20th May if you require the school to provide a free packed lunch: https://forms.gle/Pk4otuVydt8we53b7
- Children must be dressed in full school uniform, including black school shoes.
- Please ensure they are also prepared for the current weather. A waterproof jacket must be provided.
