Reception Trip – Bus Journey to Alexandra Palace
Dear Parents/Carers,
As part of our ‘London’ topic and in response to one of our focus books Naughty Bus by Jan Oke, Reception will be attending a school trip:
Location: Alexandra Palace
Date:
Opal Class will attend on Wednesday 19th November
Pearl Class will attend on Thursday 20th November
Travel: Bus
We will be leaving school at 9:20am and returning to school before the end of the school day by 12.00pm
What happens on the trip?
During their visit, the children will take a bus ride to Alexandra Palace, see the London skyline, have a short play and snack, and return back to school for lunch at 12.00pm.
Volunteers needed
Please note that we will require volunteers to come and support our children on the trip. If you can join us please let the class teacher know by Monday 17th of November 2025.
Please note the following:
- Children must be dressed in full school uniform, including black school shoes.
- Please ensure they are also prepared for the current weather. A waterproof jacket must be provided.
