We are looking forward to welcoming parents/carers for their initial parent/carer meeting. Please note that unfortunately we will not be able to offer any appointments outside of these dates or times:
Year 1 – Year 6
Thursday 22nd September 2022*

* Sapphire Class parents/carers evening will be split between
Friday 23rd September and Monday 26th September – 15:30 – 17:30 each day.
Coral Class families please book one appointment from either session listed on your Parent Mail account.
How to book your 10 minute appointment:
Our booking system will open on Friday 16th September at 8:00am and will close 3 days before the event. Appointments should be booked via your ParentMail account. More information on how to do this can be found here: https://www.parentmail.co.uk/help/parenthelp/applications/parents-evening-manager/
What will happen during the meeting:
The aim of this meeting is for parents/carers to meet the class teacher(s), see the classroom environment and discuss your child’s targets for both English and maths. Please note that books will not be available to view during this consultation, an opportunity to view books will be offered in the upcoming January meeting. All meetings will take place in the classroom within your allocated 10 minute time slot.
Guidance for your visit:
- Invitations are to you and your child
- All visitors must enter and exit via the Main Gate and the Main Office
- Please DO NOT arrive before your allocated time
- Upon arrival please follow the signs to your child’s classroom
All other areas of the school are out of access, including toilets
