Dear Parents/Carers,
As you will know, our parent/carer consultation week will take place during the week of:
Monday 15 September – Friday 19 September
It is the expectation that families attend a 10 minute meeting with their child and their new class teacher.
All meetings will be available to book on a first come first served basis via the Arbor App.
For anyone who is yet to activate their Arbor App by logging in, we strongly encourage you to do so over the weekend to ensure that you are able to access the booking system and secure your preferred time slot.
Activating your Arbor App:
- download the app to your device
- select the ‘forgotten password option’
or follow the new user link sent to your email address. - check your email (including junk/spam) for a password reset link.
- verify your child’s date of birth (one child if you have multiple in our school)
- you should now be able to log into the Arbor App with your new password

- If you are still unable to access your account, please contact the Office for support.
Booking your parent/carer consultation meetings (Year 1 – Year 6):
- login to your Arbor App
- bookings open on Monday 8 September from 9am
- scroll to ‘Guardian Consultations’ section on your dashboard
- book a consultation on your preferred date and time (on a first come first served basis)
- if you have multiple children in the school you will need to switch account
tap the profile icon at the bottom right of your screen and tap Switch student. - Early Years Bookings will be available to book in due course.
