Dear Parents/Carers,
Our school is preparing to update our communications platform.
The new application called ‘MyEd’ will replace ‘IRIS ParentMail’ from February 2025.
All families are required to install the MY Ed app onto their smart device by Monday 3 February.
Please do not remove ParentMail from your device yet. The school will send a separate communication to confirm once ParentMail is no longer in use.
How to access My Ed:
- Visit your app store & search for ‘My Ed’

or scan the QR code from one of the My Ed posters - Download the free My Ed app to your device
- Follow the instructions in the My Ed app to register your account
Chose ‘Devonshire Hill Primary School’ input
In the first instance My Ed will be used to communicate with our families via email, letter and SMS messages. With this in mind, it is therefore really important that you complete the steps above as soon as possible to ensure that you remain connected with the school and the latest updates.
