Dear Parents,
At The Devonshire Hill Nursery & Primary School we pride ourselves on the strength of our open and honest relationships with you, ‘our parents’. We strive to ensure that your children are safe and thriving, happy and learning well. We want all our children to be successful learners.
We also know that at times children will find things a bit more difficult and friendships (falling out) can cause them to be upset and distract them from their learning.
We ask that you notify the school immediately if you have any concerns so that the school can alert your child’s class teacher to make contact with you. Usually just being able to talk over your child’s concerns with your child’s teacher can be hugely reassuring and you can agree on the best way forward to support and guide your child when things are troubling them.
