Dear Parent/Carer,
The LIT’s Got Talent Performance is almost here! Our trio of performers have worked extremely hard both in school and at home in preparation for the main event. Please note that parents/carers are unable to attend this event, and we apologise for any disappointment caused by this.

Date: Tuesday 1 July 2025
Travel: walking
We will be leaving school at 9am, please ensure that you arrive as close to 8.45 as possible so that we can leave in good time. We will return to school before the end of the school day.
What happens on the trip?
During their visit, the children will perform to an audience of children from local LIT schools and a panel of judges. Children and staff from Devonshire Hill will also attend in support of this very special occasion.
Please note the following:
- Children will need a healthy packed lunch and refillable bottle of water for this trip. They have already provided their preference for a school made lunch. However if you wish to provide your own lunch, then please do so on the morning of this event.
- Children must be dressed in full school uniform, including black school shoes.
- They will also require a change of clothes – smart black top and bottoms which can be worn with their school shoes – we are hoping to provide a special blazer to be worn over the top of the black outfit.
- Please ensure they are also prepared for the current weather.
