Dear Parent/Carer of Quartz Class,
I write to inform you that Mr Callaghan has made the difficult decision, for personal reasons, to leave Devonshire Hill School, and therefore will not be returning.
Ms Hassan who has been teaching Quartz Class during Mr Callaghan’s absence will be continuing as Quartz Class teacher.
You will have the opportunity to see the work your child has been doing in Year 5 during our forthcoming open afternoon and this will be an opportunity to meet Ms Hassan informally in class.
Please note that from Monday 16th January there will be some additional children in Quartz Class from Onyx Class. This is an interim arrangement until a replacement teacher for Onyx Class is appointed.
