Dear Parents/Carers
As we approach the end of the summer term, I write to wish you all a safe and healthy summer holiday and I look forward to welcoming the children back to school for the autumn term on Tuesday 5th September.
Children in nursery and Reception will have a staggered start back and each family will be notified of the start date for their child. The school will be having an INSET day for staff on 4th September to prepare for school opening.
We will update our website across the summer holidays with any important information, so please make sure you regularly check at www.devonshirehill.com
To all our Year 6 Children who are going to be embarking on their next chapter in the
‘great book of lifelong learning’
I wish you all well as you transition to secondary school. I’m sure you will carry with you very fond memories of your time at Devonshire Hill and I am confident that you will go on to be Successful Learners in Year 7 and beyond.
