Dear Parents/Carers,
As part of The Dance Giants Programme, your child has been invited to participate in an event:
Location: The Bernie Grant Arts Centre (Town Hall Approach Rd, N15 4RX)
Date: Thursday 26th June
Travel: Public Transport
We will be leaving school at 9am.
Children must be collected from Bernie Grant Centre at 5pm by a parent/carer on the school pick up list.
Participants will only be allowed to attend if the permission form has been completed. To complete the form please follow the link: Dance Giants Performance – Permission Form
What happens at this event?
The children have been working hard towards an end of year production to mark their journey and achievements on the Dance Giants programme. They will perform twice at this event with the 4pm show for parents/carers (2 free tickets per family) – Please see separate communication from Dance Giants to book your 2 free tickets.
Please note the following:
- Children will need a healthy packed lunch and refillable bottle of water for this trip. The deadline to order a packed lunch has now passed – please provide a lunch unless this was requested previously.
- Please also provide an additional healthy snack.
- Children must be dressed in their school PE kit with their Dance Giants t-shirt.
- Please ensure they are also prepared for the current weather: eg. sunhat, sun cream etc
- A waterproof jacket and school jumper/cardigan must also be provided.
