Dear Parents/Carers,
During this period of national mourning, as a mark of respect and tribute to the life of Queen Elizabeth II who sadly passed on 8th September 2022, the school is organising a Book of Condolence for parents, children and staff to sign. The signed book will be kept in the school’s archive display as a significant item of remembrance. Details of when the signing will take place will be advised in due course.
The official date of the State Funeral is 19 September 2022 and this day will be a bank holiday. Therefore, the school will be closed (there will be no breakfast club or after school clubs that day) and will re-open on Tuesday 20th September 2022.
