🗓️ Thursday 22 October – International & Black History Celebration – 3.30pm – 4.30pm
To celebrate our diverse community, we are inviting our families to host a very special event! Everyone is encouraged to bring a delicious homemade dish for this occasion. To help us to understand where in the world your dish originates from we are asking for you to also provide a flag which should be drawn or made by children at home.
All dishes are welcome, whether sweet or savoury, however, we kindly ask that food brought does not contain nuts and that a list of ingredients is provided with each dish.
To help support our school to raise funds, we are suggesting a £15 stall fee for anyone wanting to sell their own products – this will be available to purchase via the Arbor App
Parent/Carer Volunteers are needed to make this event a success:
2.45pm: Families can bring their dish(es)and handmade flags to help with setting up.
3.30pm: Join us to taste fantastic dishes from around the world – remember to bring cash to buy dishes
4:00pm: We would greatly appreciate your help with tidying up and taking home any remaining food.
If you are able to cook a dish or assist with setting up, please follow this link or scan the QR code on the poster to let us know alternatively Ms. Robertson would love to hear about your delicious cooking and availability.
