Dear Parents/Carers
You will be aware that your child has attended a number of workshops with Into University and were intending to visit Trinity College, Cambridge. Due to circumstances beyond our control Azore Class will no longer be visiting Trinity College, as previously advised. Children will instead be attending a trip to:
St Anne’s College (Oxford OX2 6HS) on Wednesday 6th July 2022
During this trip children will have a tour, speak to a current student, and have their graduation ceremony.
We will be travelling by coach, leaving school at 9:00am. The children and staff are expected back to school before the end of the school day.
Donation towards trip costs:
We are asking parents/carers for a suggested £10 donation towards the cost of the coach hire. Payments can be made via Parent Mail, by going to ‘Payments’ and then ‘Shop’.
As previously informed you will need to provide your child with a healthy packed lunch unless he/she is entitled to a FSM, in which case a packed lunch will be provided.
Please also ensure that your child is wearing full school uniform (including black school shoes) and arrives to school on time at 8:45am.
