The school will be holding Parents/Carers consultation meetings on the following days:
Moonstone PM Children (2 year olds) | ● Wednesday 27th April 2022 from 3:20pm-3:40pm Ms Serena will arrange appointments with parents/carers of children who attend the morning session. |
Ruby (3/4 year olds) | ● Tuesday 26th April 2022 from 3:15pm-5:45pm ● Wednesday 27th April 2022 from 3:15pm-5:45pm |
Reception | ● Wednesday 27th April 2022 from 3:20pm-3:50pm (only 3 appointments available) ● Thursday 28th April 2022 from 3:30pm-8:20pm |
Year 1 to Year 6 | ● Thursday 28th April 2022 from 3:30pm-8:20pm. Please note there will be two separate sessions available to book for Coral class (Year 3) on this date. Please only book in to one of these sessions. |
Parent/Carer consultations are an important way of supporting your child’s education, keeping you informed of their progress and building the relationship between you and the school – with your child’s education at the heart of it.
Our booking system will open on Tuesday 29th March 2022 at 8:00am and will close 7 days before your session date. Invitations will be sent via ParentMail, where you will be able to book your time slot(s) directly by following the below instructions:
- Open the invitation
- Select Session
- Click ‘View/Book Appointments’. This will show you a list of appointments and their availability
- To book an appointment simply click on an available slot you would like and click the ‘Book’ button.

- Log in to ParentMail
- Select Menu
- Select Parents Evening
- Select Session
- Click ‘View/Book Appointments’. This will show you a list of appointments and their availability
- To book an appointment simply click on an available slot you would like and click the ‘Book’ button
- You will also be able to view your booked appointment time by following the first three steps.
We recommend that all parents/carers register to use ParentMail. If you are not registered, please contact the office to ask for another registration invite to be sent to you.
