Dear Parents/Carers
It has come to our attention that some children in school have been watching a horror thriller series on Netflix called Squid Game, which is rated 15. This rating reflects the fact there is content that is too ‘mature’ and therefore inappropriate and unsuitable for young children. As a result, pupils have been re-enacting games from the series in the playground, which are aggressive and violent.
These games will be banned with immediate effect. We urge you to be aware of what your children are accessing at home. Parental controls can be set up on your televisions and devices to support you with this.
